ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING OF MEMBERS

Hunters Creek Homeowners Association (“Association”), Board of Directors discussed and the following resolutions were voted on and approved by all members of the board, to hold the annual meeting May 11, 2016. Resolution was necessary due to the bylaws –
Hunters Creek Bylaws state Annual Meetings shall be held on the first Wednesday of April of each year at 7:00 pm, or at such other day and time as the board of Directors shall fix by resolution
Each Director elected in subsequent years shall serve for a term of 3 years, so that each year one Director shall be elected.
The purpose of this Annual Meeting of the Members of the Association is to nominate one new member to our Board of Directors. The current Board of Directors will be present to discuss any community specific concerns. They will also provide an update on any community initiatives.
